You must claim a rebate within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and we will issue a rebate for a qualifying claim within sixty (60) days of receipt. Text an image of your receipt to [insert number] or upload a copy of your receipt at https://discover.gotoaisle.com/cretors for the purchase of qualifying product(s) and you will receive instructions on how you can receive an up to $4.75 rebate. Eagle Foods, carriers, and email providers are not responsible or liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable responses. By submitting a claim, you agree to all the terms of the offer.
If you claim a rebate via text message, you will receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required for purchase. Message and data rates may apply based upon your plan and cellular carrier.
You must complete a separate form for each receipt. The receipt must contain: Retailer Name, Retailer Address, Purchase Date, Product Description, Purchase Amount and Purchase Total. To help process your rebate faster, please circle the qualifying product on your receipt before uploading. Eagle Foods reserves the right to require additional information/identification prior to honoring a rebate request and to reject non-conforming rebate requests without liability of any kind.
You can elect to receive the rebate amount through PayPal or Venmo, or you can request a check sent to the mailing address you provide. A PayPal or Venmo account is required to complete transactions through those services.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eagle Foods, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and any employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of the foregoing, from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, demands, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees, or any other liability (collectively, “Claims”), which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of your wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law in connection with this rebate program, including Claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with your participation in the offer.
