Erica Davis, aka ReeRee, the founder of ReeRee’s Dough, always loved to make homemade cookies, but sometimes the craving hit when she was short on time or energy to whip them up from scratch.

Every store-bought refrigerated cookie dough she tried was filled with unnatural ingredients or tasted dull, so she started scooping and freezing batches of cookie dough that not only preserved perfectly but freezing actually made them taste even better.

During the pandemic, Erica’s friends and family started requesting batches to keep in their freezers, and it brought her such joy to know that she was providing an indulgent hot treat right out of the oven, whenever they needed it, that she decided to bring her frozen cookie dough made with real ingredients to the retail stores’ frozen dessert aisle near you!
