Information for Interest-Based Ads (including Personal Data) may be provided to us by you, or derived from the usage patterns of particular users on the Services and/or services of third parties. As part of the Services that we provide, we offer financial incentives, such as cash rewards, which are sent to you via mobile payment processor like PayPal or Venmo for the collection of your Personal Data or the sale of your Personal Data. The financial incentives we offer are part of the business arrangements we have with our enterprise customers which are retailers or brands. For example, when you purchase certain qualifying products from participating retailers or brands and then you send an SMS, MMS or text message with a photograph of your receipt to the applicable mobile number, you may then receive a cash reward through a mobile payment processor like Paypal (or Venmo). You choose to participate in the Services by entering your mobile number into the text box on our website <INSERT URL> and clicking the “text me” button. You may revoke your consent to participate in the Services at any time by replying STOP or in another manner that may be provided to you via SMS or text message.

To exercise the rights described in this Privacy Policy, you or, if you are a California resident, your Authorized Agent (defined below) must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Data, which includes your mobile phone number, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use Personal Data provided in a Valid Request to verify your identity and complete your request. You do not need an account to submit a Valid Request.

If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data.
