The "Ultimate Free Trip to Maui Invitational Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the United States of America ("USA") only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA or otherwise ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hawaiian Host LLC, 851 Fort Street Suite 300, Honolulu, HI 96813 (the "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, Aisle (the "Administrator"), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Official Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below).)
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on October 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 6, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can enter by visiting https://try.gotoaisle.com/mauna-loa-free-trip-to-HI (the "Website") and completing the Sweepstakes registration form, including full name, phone number, and email address. Each fully completed registration form will generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) registration entry per Entrant.

Entries submitted through any other website or method will be deemed invalid and disqualified. Entries submitted through any unauthorized website or by an unauthorized method, including third-party sweepstakes entry services, will be automatically disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors that may prevent entries from being received, including those related to unauthorized entry methods.
BONUS ENTRIES:
Purchase Entry: Upload a receipt showing the purchase of any single Mauna Loa item during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) bonus entry. Limit five (5) bonus entry via purchase per Entrant.

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. PRIZE:
One (1) Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Lāhainā, Maui from November 21 to November 25, 2026. The Prize includes:
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize is $4,200 USD, including the estimated hotel value of $1,812.00. The total ARV will vary depending upon points of departure, destination, and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, airport taxes and fees, baggage fees, ground transportation not specifically delineated, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities or fees, and gratuities, are the responsibility of the Winner and/or traveling companion. The Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air transportation carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by the same. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage and/or personal property.
The trip must be fully executed by November 27, 2026 or the Prize will be forfeited. All travel dates are subject to change in the Sponsor's sole discretion. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. Substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is not permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value.
