The "Mauna Loa Free Trip to Hawai'i Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the United States of America ("USA") only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to USA law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA or otherwise ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hawaiian Host LLC, 851 Fort Street Suite 300, Honolulu, HI 96813 (the "Sponsor").
1. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, Aisle (the "Administrator"), their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Official Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below).)
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Hawaiian Host Group, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on or about November 21, 2025 at 08:00 PM and ending June 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM. All online entries must be received by June 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM. All times are (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).
4. How to Enter:
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on November 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on June 30, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can enter by visiting https://try.gotoaisle.com/mauna-loa-free-trip-to-HI (the "Website") and completing the Sweepstakes registration form, including full name, phone number, and email address. Each fully completed registration form will generate one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) registration entry per Entrant.

Entries submitted through any other website or method will be deemed invalid and disqualified. Entries submitted through any unauthorized website or by an unauthorized method, including third-party sweepstakes entry services, will be automatically disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors that may prevent entries from being received, including those related to unauthorized entry methods.
BONUS ENTRIES:
Purchase Entry: Upload a receipt showing the purchase of any single Mauna Loa item during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) bonus entry. Limit five (5) bonus entry via purchase per Entrant.
LIMIT FIVE (5) TOTAL ENTRIES PER ENTRANT.
The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. By participating, you consent to the Sponsor's and its agents' use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Hawaiian Host Group.
5. Prizes:
One (1) Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for two (2) people to Honolulu, HI. The prize package includes roundtrip economy airfare, hotel accommodations, and a daytrip to the Big Island. Approximate Retail Value: $3,186 USD. The trip must be completed by December 31, 2026, or the Prize will be forfeited. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Hawaiian Host Group to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification:
The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator on or about July 5, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The potential Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor or Administrator via phone, email, and/or USPS mail. Hawaiian Host Group shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by you:
By entering this content you understand that Hawaiian Host Group, anyone acting on behalf of Hawaiian Host Group, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms:
Hawaiian Host Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Hawaiian Host Group may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Hawaiian Host Group. Hawaiian Host Group reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Hawaiian Host Group has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. 10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Hawaiian Host Group and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes:
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND HI, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in HI having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
