    1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CT on July 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on September 30th, 2025. ("Sweepstakes Period").
    2. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter via the following methods: a. CODE ENTRY: Look for the TEXT code on specially marked display materials in participating retailers to enter from your mobile device. By texting the code with your mobile device, you will be sent a link via SMS that will take you to https://try.gotoaisle.com/DEWMYATV. (the "Website"). Follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. b. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY INTERNET ENTRY: To enter for free without scanning the QR Code, visit the "Website" and follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit an online entry. c. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY MAIL ENTRY: On a sheet of paper, write your full name, mailing address and phone number in a self-addressed, stamped envelope, postmarked by September 30th, 2025 to Brown Bottling Group- 1651 Marquette Rd. Brandon, Mississippi. Limit one (1) No Purchase entry per person, regardless of entry method. Additional entries are available with proof of purchase of (2) Mountain Dew 12pks and (1) 20oz. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE MANNER PROVIDE ABOVE BY THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an online or text message entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address or wireless phone number. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period.     3. ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal citizen of the United States, reside throughout the Sweepstakes Period in one of the Eligible Mississippi Counties as set forth below that the Sponsor services and be 18 years or older at the time of entry. There is no purchase required for one entry, but any person seeking to make an additional entry can do so with the purchase of participating Mountain Dew products, purchase of said Mountain Dew must be done within the 33 counties that Brown Bottling Group services within the Eligible Mississippi Counties as set forth below of (2) Twelve Packs of Mountain Dew products and (1) Twenty Ounce Mountain Dew product. Employees of Brown Bottling Group ("Sponsor") and its bottlers, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties") and the immediate family members of such employees and persons living within the same household as such employees are not eligible. Eligible Mississippi Counties: Adams, Amite, Claiborne, Clarke, Copiah, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hinds, Jasper, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Lincoln, Madison, Marion, Neshoba, Newton, Perry, Pike, Rankin, Simpson, Smith, Walthall, Warren, Wayne, Wilkinson, Yazoo
    4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: TWO (2) 2025 Polaris Sportsman 450 ATV grand prizes are available to be awarded, to the two winning entrants. Approximate retail value of each grand prize: $5,495.00. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $10,990.00. Properly claimed prizes cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. See below for additional prize conditions.
      5. Prize Conditions: The grand prize ATV's are subject to availability and exact model is subject to change. The recipient of grand prize is required to abide by the owner's manual in operating ATV in a safe manner. Sponsor holds sole discretion to withdraw any prize and this contest at any time.
    5. DRAWING: The two winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received in the manner prescribed in these Official Rules by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on 9/30/2025. Drawing will be held on or about 10/7/2025. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All Both grand prizes will be awarded and will be the only Prizes awarded.
    6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be notified by email or phone at the phone number or email address provided in the winning entry drawn within two (2) business days of the drawing. If a potential prize winner is notified by email or phone, he/she will be required to respond within seventy-two (72) hours or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service that may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. In the event (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) a telephone message notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours; (iii) any required documents or email confirmations are not returned within the required number of days; or (iv) if winner is otherwise unable to attend an event when specified or accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Allow four (4) to seven (7) business days for delivery of the prizes following the notification and verification process. Prizes will only be awarded to an entrant that meets all of the eligibility requirements as provided in these Official Rules and the Prize will only be delivered to the address on the winning entry which must be within the eligible Mississippi Counties in the Sponsor's service area as provided in these Official Rules. Grand prizes recipients also have the option to pick up their prize from Sponsor's favility at 1651 Marquette Rd. Brandon, MS 39042.
    7. GENERAL: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI AND THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY LITIGATION OF ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN THE STATE COURTS IN RANKIN COUNTY MISSISSIPPI. Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on a prize. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply.     8. CONDUCT: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any web site; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
    9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information submitted by entrant, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service or the Website, or combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service; (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer, mobile or desktop device or property which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes; (g) any suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service or a change in a potential winner's email address which may result in a potential winner not receiving a Notification; or (h) any undelivered or unanswered emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of a potential winner's privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any Notification, to a spam or junk folder. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control, which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prize(s) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants, as a condition of participation, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties as defined herein and each of their respective agents, licensors and assigns, and each of their respective parents, partners, shareholders, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, representatives, affiliates, and employees, Instagram, Inc. and Meta (collectively the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, illnesses, damages or losses to persons and property, including bodily injury and death, which may be sustained in connection with accessing the Website, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded any travel related thereto, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    11. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants to Sponsor and Promotion Parties and their respective successors, assigns and licensees and its designees, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use their name, voice, statement, picture or other likeness for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor and Promotion Parties, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification, approval, additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor's use of your personal information is subject to the privacy policy located at https://www.browngroup.net/privacy-policy/. Any communication between entrant, Administrator and/or Sponsor or its other agencies regarding the Sweepstakes (e.g., phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Winners' names may be included in a publicly available winner's list. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees incurred by the entrant's cellular carrier as a result of the sweepstakes.
    12. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release all released parties as defined in paragraph 10 of these official rules from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize.
